I’m back

Well, where have I been lately?

If you follow’s blog you know that I haven’t posted in almost a year. If you know me personally you know that I’ve been very busy during the last year.

What I’ve been up to?

Well, I’ve been doing some fine tuning on the new WellVana Seminar project … Tweeting allot… I have been teaching mindfulness techniques to chronic pain sufferers. Also,I have been studying neuroscience and getting ready for my new journey into clinical research. I plan to return to outpatient practice and research in about a month. Lastly, I finished up on some herbal therapy research as well as a couple of holistic medicine projects.

So why back to blogging now?

I found the last year’s work on the seminars and mindfulness very beneficial and in fact transformational. I’ve learned some new approaches, many of which I’d like to tackle in some of the next few blogs including mindfulness benefits, strategies to overcome obstacles in chronic pain recovery, resilience and many more.
